More from the way to class
This is another of the ducks which lives in the pond which I pass on the way to school. This is, if I am not mistaken, an "Egyptian Goose" which is native to Egypt but which has established feral groups in the Netherlands, Belgium, England, and Switzerland. It is actually really pretty and fairly large. I didn't know, when I was taking the picture, that they have a reputation for being quite aggressive at certain times of the year.
Actually, though, the pond isn't really a pond after all. It is really just a pond-like protuberance from the canal which runs through that bit of the city.
